Baker Brothers are Authorised Stockists for many luxury watch brands, many of which you can see on our website.

Watches at Baker Brothers

When you buy a new watch from Baker Brothers, you can be guaranteed it is absolutely brand new and direct from the manufacturer - never a grey import.

We have experience spanning over 45 years and pride ourselves on having the highest standards of customer service. Each of our watches comes in its official manufacturer’s box, accompanied by an international manufacturer's warranty, and correctly completed paperwork.

At Baker Brothers, if you are not 100% satisfied, you are free to return the watch within 28 days from the date of purchase, in its original and unworn condition, for an exchange.

Why not to buy from Unofficial Stockists or Websites

If you were to purchase a watch through an unauthorised web-based retailer, it would be second hand. Many of those unauthorised web-based retailers do not hold stock of the watches they advertise, and may have to source the watch after you request it.

Manufacturers will not honour warranties for watches supplied by unauthorised stockists. They do with watches from Baker Brothers, who are authorised stockists, so you may buy with confidence. If you look to sell a watch without a warranty, it will severely impact its saleability.

Watches for sale on websites are often imported and lead to potential VAT implications to you as the buyer. As each watch manufacturer gives every watch a serial number for identification purposes if they are lost or stolen, you would be held liable for any unpaid duty which could be backdated by 7 years.

The watches could be sourced illegally – Customs & Excise regularly trace stolen watches. Worse still, the watch may contain inferior parts or be entirely counterfeit.
